Neil Mortine

President and CEO, Fahlgren Mortine

“Culture happens in every organization whether by default or design. We believe in fostering a culture that empowers our team to be leaders in their own right. Our challenging yet collegial atmosphere attracts the best people, and in turn, the best clients. That’s why we’re here and why we continue to grow.”

Under Neil’s leadership, Fahlgren has really flourished. Of course, to anyone who knows Neil, this success should come as no surprise. With more than 30 years of corporate communications and brand marketing management experience in a full-service agency, Neil has won a number of awards and was named to the Smart Business Columbus Power 100 the past three years. In addition, he was awarded the Walt Siefert Award for Outstanding Service to PRSSA by the Central Ohio Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America.
