Digital Project Manager
The project manager is responsible for managing and driving projects to ensure compliance to plans and strategy briefs. The project manager may manage one or more projects, which will range in scope and complexity.
Responsibilities may include:

Develop and maintain interactive project plan(s)

Manage digital creative and development resources

Lead development of functional and technical specifications
-
Estimate project costs
-
Ensure project profitability
-
Manage the balance between profitability and client service
-
Obtain client signatures and bill for client overages
-
Bridge competing interests of designers, developers, account managers and clients
Qualification and Experience
-
3-5 years of project management experience, which includes managing the integration of visual design, branding, messaging and technology
-
Previous experience in a digital agency/environment
-
Experience preparing functional and technology specification documents
-
Experience with web analytics and SEO, preferred but not required
-
Passion for web-based technology/new media
-
Solid understanding of marketing strategies, design and technology
-
Understanding of Internet and Mobile functionality and associated tools
-
Understanding of web accessibility laws and guidelines, specifically WCAG 2.0 and Section 508
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Project
-
Familiar with standard project management tools and processes
-
Proven leadership and analytical skills
-
Track record of success in participation of client and new business meetings
-
Ability to communicate effectively regarding technology with non-technical audiences
-
BA/BS or related field or equivalent work experience
-
PMP certification a plus
