CLEVELAND, Ohio (October 25, 2011) – Fahlgren Mortine is pleased to announce that it recently added Vice President Christy Bykowski to its team based in Cleveland.
While at Fahlgren Mortine, Bykowski will be leveraging her core areas of expertise including strategic planning, corporate reputation management, issues and crisis management, media relations and internal communications. A native of northeast Ohio, Bykowski brings more than 15 years of marketing and communications experience to the firm.
Bykowski counseled major technology companies throughout her career, including Time Warner Cable, Motorola and Teleglobe, as well as consumer accounts, including Pamela Bayer Interiors, Apartments.com and Sprint. Before returning to Cleveland, Bykowski held key roles with several Chicago-based firms, including the StrongForce Group, and was one of the founding senior team members of PR21, an Edelman Worldwide Company.
“We are continuing to build a strong Midwest presence through growth in northeast Ohio,” said Neil Mortine, chairman and CEO of Fahlgren Mortine. “We’re thrilled to bring Christy’s expertise to our growing client roster.”
Bykowski’s work has won numerous industry awards, including: a PRWeek Award, a Public Relations Society of America Skyline Award, a PR News Award, and several PRSA Cleveland Rocks Awards.
