Balloon Time: Influencer Moms
How do you get a unique product like Balloon Time to float above the traffic jam of brands targeting moms?
We targeted what we termed “influencer moms,” moms who not only were more likely to create family experiences, but also were brand-loyal and very well connected with other moms. To reach them, we coordinated a social media and a national print and online advertising campaign that positioned Balloon Time as a “life simplifier.”
The new approach worked. Sales increased by 8% over the previous year, the Balloon Time Party Club membership jumped 50%, and website traffic rose by 123% - 77% of which were new visitors.
