How do you bring the excitement of a kid’s balloon party to the Internet?

Balloon Time, the leading brand of consumer helium balloon kits in North America, wanted to generate buzz for its integrated marketing program. To do that, we created an online contest called “Put A Face On Fun” and supported it with integrated advertising and public relations activities as well as viral and event marketing tactics.

The response was overwhelming. More than 40 million consumer impressions of the brand were generated and sales during the contest period were up 36 percent over the same timeframe the year before.
