COLUMBUS, OHIO (April 5, 2022) -- Fahlgren Mortine has announced an agreement to merge thePLAN, a digital brand experience company, into its operations as the Ohio-based firm continues to expand its digital expertise. Terms of the agreement are not disclosed.

“We are excited to grow our digital service offering by adding thePLAN to our team,” said Neil Mortine, president and CEO of Fahlgren Mortine. “They are a long-term partner of the agency and we’ve successfully collaborated on numerous technical projects.”

Based in Powell, thePLAN was established in 2014 and provides digital strategy, user experience design, technology and data analytics services for companies ranging from the Fortune 500 to technology startups nationwide. As part of the arrangement, founders Jeff Stauffer and Matt Fox and their team of strategists, designers, developers and data analytics experts will now officially join Fahlgren Mortine after a long history of partnership. Stauffer and Fox previously oversaw digital operations and development for an industry-leading global healthcare agency, GSW, powered by Syneos Health.

Building on Fahlgren Mortine’s established digital service offering, this business combination will expand the agency’s strategy, design, technical and operational expertise while offering clients additional depth in healthcare, technology, higher education, consumer products, insurance, professional services and more.
